There are four lime trees growing just beside the church of Mary's birth on Trška gora. The mightiest of them has a chest-high perimeter of 830 cm which makes it the thickest lime tree in Dolenjska. Its trunk is hollow and its roots are picturesquely spread out. Three metres above ground the singular trunk branches into a widely spread crown. Under the hundreds of years old lime tree stands a stone table. The rest of the lime trees are not that old, one of them is also hollow, other two are healthy and well grown. In 1988 all four lime trees were restored. They are protected as a natural monument
