The magnificent tulip tree (Liriodendron tulipifera) that measures 455 centimeters in circumference was only one of the trees in the large manor park that once stretched from the Coronini Manor to the edge of Brajda.
This is no information about the park's former appearance, but most probably it was planted with various exotic plants toward the end of the 17th century or at the beginning of the 18th century. Before World War I, the park was separated from the main road by an ornate iron fence stretching between pillars. The park was crisscrossed by narrow footpaths beside which stood benches, and on the far side the park ended in a meadow planted with various fruit trees.
A hexagonal summer pavilion surrounded by a low wall and a paved walkway stood at the westernmost edge of the park from where there was a beautiful view of the Soča Valley and the surrounding mountains.
